Innovos Robotics, Inc. Board of Directors
Jeff Freeman started Innovos Robotics, Inc. with Mark Olivier in August 2016. He is the Chairman and CEO of the Board of Directors.
He started Innovos to provide students that are under-represented in the explosive technical field to have a platform to compete in STEM and robotics competitions.
He is also the Lead Mentor of Team 6499. In his professional life, he’s been fortunate to have led many departments, teams and IT programs to successful results. He stresses focus and execution in order to deliver high productivity, operational effectiveness and positive financial results.He has over 20 years of hands on Management, Business, Entrepreneurial and technical experience
Currently, he is an IT Program Manager at the Cisco Systems. He's also worked for Disney, British Telecom and Accenture.
Jeff is a PMP and ITIL certified professional specializing in managing complex telecom programs.
He has a MBA from Pepperdine University and Masters in Software Engineering with a BS in Computer Engineering.

Mark Olivier is the co-founder of Innovos Robotics. He is the Vice-Chairman and Chief Technology Officer and Second Mentor. He owns WTS. WTS is an ISO 9001:2008 certified contract manufacturer of OEM wire and cable harnesses, wire leads, electro- mechanical assemblies, and wire overmolding. We employ a robust MRP system to manage our inventory and production operations.
Mark is a mechanical engineering graduate from the esteemed MIT. In addition, he has an MBA from Harvard.

Dr. Erainia Freeman is a Board Director and is the Board Secretary. Dr. Erainia Freeman is an educational expert that has over 17 years of experience teaching Psychology, Counseling, and Human Development courses as a college professor and counselor in the California Community College System. In her vast experience, Dr. Freeman has positively impacted the lives of many students by instilling them with the confidence and self assurance to achieve their educational, personal and professional goals. She specializes in helping students develop high self esteem, get motivated to excel, and to exceed their personal limitations and strive for a life of excellence.
Dr. Freeman has a Doctorate degree (EdD) in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, and completed her dissertation on Parents’ Perceptions of Contributory Factors of Childhood Overweight and Obesity. In addition, she has a Master’s of Art degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University.

Mr. Orlando Guillory is a Board Director and a Mentor on Team 6499. In his professional life he is Director of Quality - New Product Development. Process engineer and Technical Manager for over 10 years. Quality Manager and Quality Engineer for over 14 years. Have installed equipment from small desktop tools to large million dollar machines. Manage a team of Quality Engineers for enhancements or new development of cardiovascular devices - specializing in human heart valves replacement, components, and accessories. Have managed Managers from Operations, Engineering, HR, and Accounting. Orlando has a B.S. degree in Engineer from USC.

Mr. Charles "Chuck" Owens is a Board Director. In his professional life he is an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at El Camino College. Areas of instruction include; accident investigation/reconstruction, repair fraud, damage analysis, mechanical malfunctions/problems, collision repair, refinishing, electric welding and safety.
